The 360 Community Youth Program is Perth Amboy’s premiere Adolescent Bi-lingual Treatment Center for Substance Use, Behavioral and Mental Health in Middlesex County.
Since 2000, The 360 Community Youth Program has served hundreds of young people and has become a model for youth programming praised by community leaders, residents, and public officials. 360 has committed its mission to Turn, Train and Go by offering At-Risk Youth holistic services that promote hopeful alternatives to mediocrity and delinquency.
In 2015, The Passion Care Center began sponsoring 360 Community Youth Program as their social responsibility by offering Adolescent Bi-lingual Treatment for Substance Use, Behavioral and Mental Health.
COMMUNITY PROGRAM
360 Community Youth Program, exists to reduce the rate and influence of Substance Use and other Behavioral and Mental Health problems among Middle and High School students. We take a holistic approach to recovery focusing on the physical, emotional, spiritual, family and mental health needs of each individual
TREATMENT TEAM
Our multidisciplinary treatment team consists of highly skilled professionals and clinicians who use effective techniques and current modalities. Each adolescent is assigned a licensed counselor and a therapist who work directly with them throughout their treatment. Additionally, several consultants who have a passion in working with teens will be utilized as needed in the following areas:
