In 2013, The Passion Care Center\u2019s story begins with a vision to create the state\u2019s cutting edge Bilingual-Adult and Adolescent Substance Use, Mental Health and Family Treatment Center.<\/p>\n

Since its inception, Eli Santiago and a collection of accomplished clinicians have advocated for the family in its entirety. This founder driven center has set the standard for bilingual adolescent and adult treatment amongst service providers. With attention to commitment and quality of work that is unparalleled.<\/p>\n
