TPCC is New Jersey’s Premier Bi-lingual Integrated Center
The integration of Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Substance Use services will produce the best outcome and proves the most effective approach to caring for people with multiple healthcare needs. We believe that this continuum healthcare model will allow for the proper coordination of the client’s plan for treatment and identify any issues that may impede the client’s success on their road to recovery.

We pride ourselves in maintaining clinical integrity by using the most current evidenced-based practices.
M.A.T. (MEDICATED ASSISTED THERAPY)
We now offer Suboxone and Vivitrol to reduce the impact of physical dependence.
PSYCHIATRIC CARE
We offer the following: Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Medication Monitoring and Pharmacology Education.
ADOLESCENTS
Our Adolescent program exists to reduce the rate and influence of Substance Use and other Behavioral and Mental Health problems among Middle and High School students.
